Terms of service

We provide a 1-year warranty for all products from the delivery date of purchase. The warranty covers quality of the product during normal warranty period. The product will be repaired or replaced with a new piece, if the manufacturing or construction defect is apparent. The warranty does not cover the signs of normal wear, misuse or incorrect use digressing from the intended use of the item.

 If there is a fault, report it as soon as possible by sending an email to customer service sari.kanti-paul@shadeshares.com with a picture of the fault.

Please note wood is a natural material, so it may change its appearance over time.
